Scientists: Milk kills brain
Conclusions about harm of dairy products have been made by independent scientists in the different countries. The Californian experts have lead experiment with participation of older persons in the age of from 60 till 86 years which has shown, that calcium included in milk brakes active brain activity and leads to dotage. Moreover, adjournment of calcium block blood vessels that slows down process of blood circulation and promotes development of cardiovascular diseases. Because of it scientists strongly recommend to older persons whenever possible to exclude from their diet dairy products.
The group of the British researchers under the direction of professor Jane Plant has come to even more shocking conclusions. In their opinion, daily consumption of milk creates a favorable background for development of oncological diseases - a breast cancer and a prostate cancer. Researches have shown, that hormone IFR-1 contained in milk possesses cancerogenic effect which is aggravated with surplus of the calcium overwhelming activity of vitamin D.
Professor Plant worked out an idea of oncological “potential” of dairy products on the basis of her own struggle against an illness. Ten years ago the fifth relapse of a breast cancer tumour and pessimistic forecasts of doctors she has decided to engage in self-treatment. Having compared statistics of desease a cancer in the different countries, she has noticed, that the lowest parameters are observed in China where milk is not used for food. Then Jane Plant itself has refused dairy products, and in five weeks of a diet the tumour began to decrease.
German scientists do not hurry up to sound the alarm and declare dairy products categorically unhealthy the person. Their fears have individual character and connected with addition of milk in tea. It is known, that black tea stabilizes a blood pressure and promotes expansion of arteries. The substance contained in milk casein will neutralize this effect and blocks action of active tea components.
