The action mechanism Effexor (Venlafaxine) gives antidepressive effect on an organism. It is caused by reinforcement of neurotransmitter activity in central nervous system. In researches it is proved, that Effexor (Venlafaxine) and it’s active metabolite are strong inhibitors of serotonin’s recapture and weak inhibitors of dopamin’s recapture. Effexor (Venlafaxine) is well absorbed and extensionally metabolize in a liver. After intake of a single doze are absorbed at least 92 %, absolute bioavailability makes about 45 %.
